Navigational CSS Layouts are somewhat pretty stuffs, but they are complicated things.
You must be careful in using it, you must follow the directions.
1st...
You must remember that the codes must be posted in the Media Box section. No other sections except Media Box.
2nd...
As what is stated to the rules, you musn't alter or change and redistribute the codes. I'm the only one who can change it.
3rd...
Wait for the layout to load.
Not all Nav. CSS Layouts are easy to load, so please wait for it to load.
4th...
If the layout didn't appear, you must hit F5 or log out and log in again. If the layout didn't appear again, wait for tomorrow, if it didn't appear for tomorrow, tell it to me to update the codes.
5th...
You must change the codes you are using if you'll see the (Updated!) word after the layout name.
6th...
